Position Overview

- Location: Vienna, Falls Church, Fairfax, McLean, Arlington, Annandale, Reston
- Service Area: Fairfax County
- Schedule: Flexible shifts available - days, evenings, nights, and weekends
- Pay: Competitive compensation based on experience (paid biweekly via direct deposit)

Job Responsibilities
- Deliver quality, compassionate care to clients in their homes
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meal prep
- Monitor and document any changes in the client's health or behavior
- Promote a safe, clean, and respectful home environment
Candidate Requirements
- Active certification as a CNA, HHA, or PCA in Virginia (or willingness to complete our PCA training course)
- Current TB/PPD test and First Aid/CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes in Fairfax County
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Genuine passion for helping others and a professional attitude
