Associate Immigration Attorney – Orlando, FL
Full-time | Spanish Required | 1+ Year Experience
We're looking for a motivated Associate Immigration Attorney to join our busy immigration law team in Orlando. If you want to help people and use your legal skills to make a real difference, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do
Represent clients in immigration court and before USCIS, EOIR, and other agencies
Handle cases like removal defense, family-based petitions, humanitarian relief, business visas, and asylum
Meet with clients, explain their options, and create a clear legal strategy
Prepare and file applications, motions, briefs, and appeals
Work closely with paralegals and support staff to keep cases moving
What We're Looking For
Law degree (JD) and active U.S. state bar license (any state)
1+ year immigration law experience (removal defense experience is a plus)
Fluent in Spanish and English – speaking and writing
Comfortable in court and confident talking to clients
Organized and able to handle multiple cases at once
