Primary Functions:
Provide leadership for the planning and implementation of the Boys & Girls Club's annual giving campaigns and special events to ensure each activity meets established revenue goals. Recruit, cultivate, and conduct face-to-face solicitations of donors in support of one or more of the Club's annual campaigns or special events. Provide support to Board Members and committee volunteers to facilitate their success raising money for the Boys & Girls Club. Evaluate each campaign and event to identify and implement opportunities for improvement.

Skills/Knowledge Preferred:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience. A minimum of five years of experience in a Boys & Girls Club or other not-for-profit organization with an emphasis on special events planning and implementation, marketing, and project management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of general bookkeeping principles to track expenses and revenues.

While performing these job duties, the employee is regularly required to walk and stand for periods of time; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. This employee will typically work in an office setting with overhead lighting and needs to have the following specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The employee may occasionally be asked to drive a vehicle or travel to meetings or events relevant to their normal duties or another type of organizational activity or event they are asked to support. As part of their donor engagement and fundraising responsibilities, the employee may be required to work some evenings and weekends depending on the timing of events and job responsibilities.
Salary: 48k-51k annually
