We’re currently hiring 2 Site Supervisors to join our operations team at the following locations:
Del Mar Highlands- San Diego, CA 92130
Costa Verde Car Wash- San Diego, CA 92122
About the Role:
As a Site Supervisor, you’ll work alongside the Site Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly at one of our high-traffic car wash, gas station, and convenience store locations. This role combines team leadership, operational oversight, and hands-on support to ensure an excellent experience for customers and a great work environment for staff.
What You'll Be Doing:
Support the Manager with scheduling, training, motivating and supervising team members
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the car wash, convenience store, and fuel station
Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service
Oversee cash handling, inventory, and merchandising
Help maintain equipment and coordinate minor repairs
Monitor safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company and regulatory standards
Jump in to assist in any area as needed—especially during busy times
What You Bring:
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license (must be able to drive both automatic and manual vehicles)
Previous experience in a supervisor or lead role preferred
Customer service and/or retail experience highly valued
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working outdoors (~80% of the time)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (with equipment for anything over 35 lbs)
Basic computer and mechanical skills

Full-time schedule with rotating weekends
