About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial and Administrative Officer to join its executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the organization's financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, effective risk management, and vendor accountability. This role also involves overseeing key administrative functions, including outsourced human resources, information technology, and facilities management, all in support of the organization's operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements. The Chief Financial and Administrative Officer will play a critical role in the organization's culture of philanthropy, producing clear, donor-friendly reporting that fosters trust, transparency, and engagement. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration, with a preference for a Certified Public Accountant designation. A minimum of 7-10 years' of experience in financial management, particularly in a nonprofit setting, is required. The role demands a professional with a strong knowledge of business, the ability to direct the activities of others, and proficiency in financial management and reporting for non-profits. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to collaborate with colleagues to support program delivery, fundraising, and stewardship. The Chief Financial and Administrative Officer will also be responsible for budgeting, compliance, audit support, and data leadership, and must be committed to a culture of philanthropy and donor-centric communication.
