What You’ll Do:
  • Provide high-quality care to residents
  • Oversee the delivery and monitoring of clinical care and services
  • Ensure all care practices align with current regulations and best practices
  • Supervise day-to-day nursing activities across all shifts and clinical staff
  • Promote residents' highest level of physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
  • Implement and support community programs and procedures in compliance with:
    • State and federal laws and regulations
    • The mission and core values of American Baptist Homes of the Midwest
What You’ll Need:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Clear verbal and written communication in English (required) 
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current Colorado RN license or Compact RN license
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical and supervisory experience in a healthcare setting required
  • Long-term care experience preferred
  • Current CPR Certification
