What You'll Do: 

  • Oversee patient admissions, care planning, and coordination of services to ensure individualized, compliant, and high-quality care
  • Supervise clinical staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and delegation of nursing tasks per licensure and policy
  • Ensure regulatory compliance through accurate documentation, chart audits, incident reporting, and participation in quality improvement initiatives
  • Manage clinical operations within budget, coordinate billing and payroll documentation, and support process enhancements
  • Serve as a key liaison for clients, families, physicians, and community partners, while contributing to agency outreach and reporting


What You'll Need: 

  • Active MN RN License
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in home care or assisted living
  • Prior Supervisory experience strongly preferred
