Job Title: Pharmaceutical Lab Technician

Location: Knoxville, TN

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Two shifts available:

• First Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (may vary slightly, e.g., 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Second Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Lab Technician with expertise in hazardous compounding, particularly in compliance with USP <800> standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hazardous drug compounding in accordance with USP <800>
• Compound testosterone formulations using seed oil bases
• Maintain a sterile and organized compounding area, including routine cleaning and disinfection of equipment and workspaces
• Accurately document compounding activities, including batch records, cleaning logs, and quality control checks
• Participate in quality assurance and quality control programs
• Assist with inventory management: receiving, labeling, and storing materials and supplies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working in cleanroom environment
• Experience in sterile and nonsterile compounding preferred

Work Environment

• Fast-paced, high-volume compounding facility

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
