Synergy Care is looking for Rehab Directors for full-time position in Cameron, Mo at the VA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rehabilitation services and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage staff and provide guidance and support.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as necessary.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for PT, OT, SLP, COTA or PTA.
• Valid state license (where appropriate).

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a rehabilitation setting.
• Knowledge of current rehabilitation practices and technologies.
