Emergency Shelter Program Manager
Housing Matters partners with individuals and families to create pathways out of their homelessness into permanent housing. We are a leader in working to end homelessness – and we want you to be part of our team! We are looking for individuals eager to make a difference and willing to enthusiastically commit to join in our vision that homelessness in Santa Cruz County should be rare, brief and non-recurring.
The Emergency Shelter Program Manager oversees and manages The Loft. The Loft is a low barrier shelter program with beds to accommodate at least 57 individuals at a time. Program Managers are responsible for the operation of their assigned shelter program including administration, oversight and management. Their primary role is to supervise, direct, and support teams who deliver services that lead to participants and guests permanent paths to housing. The Loft program works closely with some of the communities most vulnerable.

Benefits Summary:
Regular hours are Monday through Friday. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required for some positions.
Starting Wages (Offer is Dependent on Experience):
$72,134.40 $74,297.60 $76,523.20 $78,811.20 $81,182.40 $83,616.00
