Job Description

We have an immediate opening for an Entry-Level Event Assistant at our innovative event marketing firm , dedicated to creating memorable experiences for clients and their audiences. We prioritize creativity, precision, and client satisfaction , delivering promotional events and marketing campaigns that make a measurable impact.

 

As an Event Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting event marketing, client engagement, and promotional activities . This entry-level position is ideal for energetic, detail-oriented individuals passionate about event management, marketing, and client relations .

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing promotional events and marketing campaigns .
  • Support event logistics , including setup, breakdown, and staff management.
  • Maintain client communication to understand event goals and provide updates.
  • Provide on-site support , managing registrations, activities, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, production) to ensure successful event execution .
  • Assist vendors and external partners to meet event requirements .
  • Collect feedback and assist in preparing post-event reports and insights .

 

Qualifications

  • No prior experience required; a passion for event marketing, promotions, and client engagement is essential.
