We are looking for a motivated Entry Level Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is designed for individuals eager to learn full cycle recruiting while making a measurable impact on office growth and culture.

Responsibilities:

• Source and screen resumes across major job platforms, including Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Handshake, and LinkedIn
• Make high-volume outbound calls daily to connect with potential candidates
• Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate qualifications, interest level, and cultural fit
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Track recruiting metrics and KPIs to ensure consistent pipeline growth
• Assist in onboarding, orientation, and training of new hires
• Partner with management to discuss staffing needs and long-term hiring strategies
• Contribute to building a positive and engaging company culture

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple candidates at once
• Goal driven and motivated by measurable results
• Comfortable making outbound calls and holding professional conversations
• Previous customer service, sales, or recruiting experience is a plus, but not required
• Bachelor’s degree or some college coursework preferred
