Overview Entry-Level Scientist - In Process Analytics. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and quick-learning individual to join our team and support testing of biological therapeutics in a regulated lab environment. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is excited to grow their lab skills and contribute to meaningful work. What You’ll Do Work as part of a small team to run lab tests that help ensure the quality of biologic medicines. Perform hands-on testing using liquid chromatography (LC) methods to analyze proteins and other components. Follow established procedures and document your work carefully. Help with routine troubleshooting and support high-volume testing using automated lab equipment. Use computer programs like Excel and Empower to record and analyze data. Follow safety and regulatory guidelines (like cGMP/GLP) in all lab work. Qualifications Basic understanding of scientific concepts and interest in learning LC-based methods like RP, IEX, SEC, CESDS, or iCiEF. Some experience with lab instruments (like HPLC/UPLC) and software (Empower, Excel) is a plus. Strong attention to detail and good communication skills. Ability to work independently and with a team. Willingness to learn new techniques and handle multiple tasks. Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field. 0–2 years of lab experience in biotech, pharma, or a similar setting. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship.
