Job Summary As an Epic Application Analyst II at Endeavor Health, you will assist in various IT areas, including full lifecycle management—from analysis and design to deployment and maintenance of technology solutions and platforms. You will identify opportunities to reduce manual efforts, support organizational growth, enhance patient and user experience, and develop innovative operational solutions. Building strong stakeholder relationships, promoting consistent use of tools and workflows, and performing administrative tasks as needed are also key responsibilities. To succeed, you should stay updated on the latest solutions and technologies and advocate for industry best practices. Responsibilities and Essential Functions Design, document, implement, and test software/application solutions. 30% Monitor and manage the resolution and closure of tickets. 20% Collaborate with vendors on issues and upgrades for your assigned portfolio. 10% Lead small to medium-sized projects following PMO processes. 10% Prepare reports and presentations on project and team activities. 5% Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into build specifications. 5% Contribute to process improvement initiatives. 5% Mentor junior team members and serve as a resource. 10% Stay current with technological trends and innovations. 5% Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. At least three (3) years of relevant experience in a healthcare or related industry. Five (5) or more years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to all audiences. Strong independent and team work skills, with excellent communication and project management abilities. Serve as a technical and operational problem-solving leader. Mentor and educate junior team members. Effective analytical and troubleshooting skills with minimal assistance. Proactively seek to leverage technology for workflow and system improvements. Ability to resolve complex problems where no precedent exists. Embrace continuous improvement culture.
