Job Title: Event Planner
Location: Beaverton, OR(Hybrid)

Overview:
Join our team to plan, coordinate, and execute global events and meetings within the Technology space. You will work closely with the Executive Assistant of the Chief Technology Officer and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist with event marketing plans, budgeting, and tracking.
· On-site event coordination, troubleshooting, and resolution.
· Manage product delivery logistics for events.
· Coordinate with vendors for travel and lodging needs.
· Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute events.
