Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for working with multiple departments to provide outstanding customer service that will inspire guests to return to Kulaqua to experience an atmosphere that draws them closer to God the Creator, and one another. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and planning all aspects of the event.


Skills, Education, and Experience Required:

    • High school diploma or equivalent. 
    • Computer Skills-Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Service oriented.
    • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organization skills.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with group leaders to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Return phone calls/e-mails in a timely fashion.
  • Keep accurate documentation.
  • Oversees the planning process and communication between departments. 

Essential Job Requirements:

  • Working experience in using office equipment.
  • Working with Camp software per supervisor’s instructions
  • Registering individuals/families through on-line system
  • Assisting with on-site registration of individuals for different events 
  • Excellent people and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve the client’s issues promptly.  
  • Ability to offer exceptional customer service.  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently with the ability to prioritize tasks.  
  • Extraordinary time management and organizational skills.  
  • Highly detail orientation
