Are you a dynamic, results-driven individual with a passion for community engagement and a knack for generating excitement? This pivotal role is designed for a confident and energetic professional who is eager to expand our market reach and drive high-quality lead generation. You'll be the friendly face of Leap in the community, building genuine connections, spotting the right opportunities, and making sure every event is a big success!

Compensation:

$75,000 - $145,000 +

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do -

  • Lead with Impact: Take charge in researching, identifying, and decisively leading our participation in local trade shows, events, fairs, and festivals. You'll be the driving force behind strategic planning and execution, ensuring every initiative is a success.
  • Forge Authentic Partnerships: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with community leaders, event organizers, and potential customers. You'll enthusiastically develop and negotiate local sponsorships, partner with HOAs, and seek out charitable collaborations (like Habitat for Humanity) to amplify our brand and give back.
  • Drive Results & Growth: Implement and meticulously track effective strategies for capturing high-quality lead information. You'll be responsible for generating compelling, data-driven reports that demonstrate the measurable ROI of your efforts.
  • Build & Inspire a Winning Team: Take charge in recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing team of part-time event staff, motivating them to achieve collective lead generation goals. You'll foster a positive, cooperative, and highly engaged environment.

  • Proven experience in community outreach, event planning, and successful lead generation.
  • A track record of confidently recruiting, training, and managing a small team (part-time experience preferred).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple projects.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a vital part of a team.
  • A genuine passion for community involvement and a relentless drive for achieving business results.
  • Familiarity with the local Burlington, NC community and surrounding areas is a plus!

What We're Offering-

Competitive Compensation: A base salary of $50,000 annually, plus bonus & incentives tied to lead generation and event success. Override bonuses on sales revenue generated through your efforts.
