Richmond Tours is a small, family-owned and operated student travel company located in Staten Island (Seaview Avenue) that has been around since 1980. Our main clients are NYC schools and we handle their student trips (tickets, hotels, transportation, meals, etc.). Currently, we have a close knit team of 6 people.

Benefits:

• End of work year bonuses and performance based bonuses.

Responsibilities:

• Data input/collecting: contacting schools to gather data about points of contact at the school for tours.
• Answering phone calls and collecting messages/information.
• Sending reminder emails to clients.
• Making reservations: booking reservations at places of interest for tours.
• Occasionally creating a trip itinerary.
• Keeping track of outstanding balances/debts.

Requirements:

• Well organized.
• On time.
• Good phone etiquette.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi task.
• Knowledge or willingness to learn Microsoft Word and Google Docs.
