Finance Manager – Homebuilding
Location: Orlando, FL
Compensation: $110,000 – $140,000 + Bonus

About the RoleAs the Finance Manager , you will play a critical role in shaping financial strategy and driving operational efficiency. This role oversees budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for multiple homebuilding projects, supporting the company's continued growth and long-term planning.

Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes
Develop and manage cash flow models and financial reports
Track and analyze project costs, ensuring accurate coding and timely closings
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with KPI and variance analysis
Build financial models to evaluate feasibility and profitability of new developments
Oversee financing documentation, monitor compliance with loan covenants, and support audits
Enhance financial processes, internal controls, and reporting systems; assist with system upgrades
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
5+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally within construction or project-based industries
Strong background in cost accounting, budgeting, and financial modeling
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial reporting software
Exceptional analytical and communication skills
Experience with construction or industry-specific accounting platforms
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
