FreshRealm is seeking a Quality Control Technician Level 2 to work in our fulfillment center on the Linden site. The role involves inspecting all ingredients and packaged items to ensure they meet stringent quality standards. Salary ranges from $21–$25 per hour. Responsibilities Assist Specialist with Gold Standard and table set up. Audit bins of finished product continuously (each table at least once per hour, each automated prep at least once every 15 minutes). Assist Specialist with calling the line and ensuring accuracy. Audit pack lines on a continuous basis (at least twice per hour). Audit finished boxes continuously (at least three boxes per hour). Document all audits in the Quality Tool Suite. Notify Specialist and Quality Auditor of any issues. Attend monthly refresher trainings with the Quality team. Speak with Quality during start‑up communications. Skills and Requirements Clear and concise communicator, both verbal and written. Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment. Flexible availability; work night and weekend shifts. Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds repetitively, with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be able to handle exposure to temperatures ranging from freezing to sub‑freezing. Must be able to stand or walk for up to 10–12 hours. Must be willing and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, with or without reasonable accommodation.
