Oversee third-party sanitation companies. Ensure product safety, regulatory compliance, and adherence to the Food Safety Modernization Act. Drive continuous improvement in product quality and process optimization. Lead coaching, education, and training for management and plant employees in Quality Assurance. Develop and maintain HACCP, FDA, and USDA programs. Ensure compliance with SQF/BRC audit requirements. Supervise chemical, bacteriological, sensory, and utilization tests on raw materials and finished goods. Collaborate cross-functionally as a change agent.Job Requirements: A bachelor's degree is required. Minimum of 8 years of QA experience and 3+ years of supervisory experience. Knowledge of USDA and FDA. Knowledge of the Food Safety Modernization Act. SQF Practitioner and/or GFSI certified. Process Control Qualified Individual. Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices.
