Full-Cycle Recruiter

Location: Anaheim Hills, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site

About the Role

We’re seeking a driven and experienced Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our team and support our growing manufacturing operation. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process — from sourcing and screening to onboarding top talent — for a variety of positions including production, machining, quality control, maintenance, and administrative support.

This is a hands-on recruiting role that requires strong communication, organization, and people skills, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of manufacturing and technical positions.
  • Partner with department leaders to understand current and future staffing needs.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and community outreach.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule in-person interviews with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate the interview and selection process ensuring a smooth and timely candidate experience.
  • Prepare offer letters, conduct reference checks, and facilitate new hire onboarding.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports.
  • Participate in job fairs, hiring events, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring positions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting; manufacturing or industrial staffing experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of roles such as CNC machinists, production assemblers, quality inspectors, and maintenance technicians.
  • Proven ability to source and attract both skilled trades and entry-level talent.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.
