Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Full Time Mid Shift / Evening Call Confirmer to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our appointments on track and ensuring customers feel supported. You’ll confirm and reschedule bathroom remodeling consultations, provide basic information about our services, and maintain accurate records in our system.
This is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented, friendly, and comfortable on the phone. Perfect for those looking for flexible evening hours and consistent part-time work.
What You’ll Do
Confirm appointments with clients via phone calls.
Reschedule consultations when needed and update our scheduling system.
Answer basic questions and provide general information about services.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Collaborate with the office team to ensure smooth scheduling.
What We’re Looking For
Excellent phone communication skills.
Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable working independently in the evenings.
Prior customer service experience preferred.
Basic computer/scheduling knowledge is helpful.
