A professional couple on the Upper East Side is seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Personal Assistant. This is a full-time position averaging 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, though scheduling may vary slightly depending on needs. Candidates must reside in New York City or the surrounding tri-state area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and detailed itineraries
• Facilitate bill payments and liaise with the family office on financial matters
• Submit health insurance claims and maintain related records
• Manage household inventory and restocking including grocery shopping
• Provide support at the family’s secondary residence in Long Island
• Maintain and coordinate multiple personal and professional calendars
• Run errands such as package delivery/pickup, returns, and other personal tasks
• Conduct research and present findings on various topics and requests
• Oversee home vendors and manage small projects from start to finish

Requirements:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Based in NYC or nearby tri-state area
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Apple devices and apps, home Wi-Fi networks
• Willingness to sign a non-disclosure agreement
• Strong references demonstrating long-term experience in similar private assistant roles

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $70,000 – $125,000 annually, depending on experience
• Health insurance reimbursement
