A Mid Sized Hospital is seeking a Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located in Virginia.
This position involves inpatient coverage from 8 AM to 5 PM, with access to clinical trials and an on-site PET CT. The lab supports hematology studies, including chemistries, urine tests, occult blood, iSTAT creatinine, HCGs, magnesium, uric acid, phosphorus, and LDH, while iron studies, ferritin, and tumor markers are sent out. The role includes an intensive onboarding program utilizing the Varian documentation system, Dragon dictation, and electronic order entry.
