The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Eastern Region HR team and employees. Working closely with HR Generalists and fellow Coordinators, this position is responsible for managing onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining employee files, assisting with the summer intern program, and driving employee engagement initiatives. Additionally, the role supports various HR programs, processes, and ad hoc projects. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with multiple HR leaders, gain exposure to diverse HR functions, and develop skills aligned with personal career interests.

The base salary range for this position is $60,000 $70,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case?by?case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance?based incentives.
