Genesis10 is currently seeking an HR Manager Consultant for a 3+ month contract position with our client in Gaylord, MN. This role is 100% onsite. Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Leader to join our team in Gaylord, MN, providing strategic and hands-on human resources support during a period of accelerated growth and change. This role will serve as a key partner to operations and leadership, helping to build strong foundational HR practices and driving key people initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead HR operations onsite to support the Accelerated GY2 launch, including onboarding and integration of 25+ new hires Serve as an HR presence on the production floor, including weekly onsite visits and regular employee engagement Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) and build HR processes in collaboration with site leadership Partner with the Plant Manager to align HR strategies with people goals and the site’s strategic roadmap Provide remote support to Britt, IA in collaboration with HR Business Partner (HRBP) Drive progress on FIP (Focused Improvement Plan) and Communication Roundtable action items Act as HR liaison to SCLT (Site Leadership Team) and manage monthly reporting Lead the Better Together Team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture Oversee the Employee Guidelines rollout and coordinate site-wide training sessions Facilitate Benefits Open Enrollment, including employee communication and Q&A Lead the Performance and Merit Planning process, ensuring accurate and timely execution Qualifications: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment Proven ability to work independently and lead HR initiatives on the ground Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Experience with employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation Ability to travel to Britt, IA as needed for HRBP collaboration We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
