Job Description

Our client, a leading security solutions provider, is seeking an Installer to join their team. As an Installer, you will be part of the Access Control Division supporting installation and maintenance of security systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical and electrical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Direct Hire - Installer

Location: Red Lion, PA

Pay Range: $20.00 - $30.00

Shift: 7am - 5pm Monday-Friday

What's the Job?

• Install and service motorized gates and security access systems for various sites
• Perform trenching, conduit running, and low-voltage wiring installation
• Set posts, pour concrete pads, and operate power tools such as saws and jackhammers
• Read and interpret job layouts for precise system placement
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues with accuracy and care

What's Needed?

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Experience with electrical or mechanical troubleshooting
• Knowledge of low-voltage electrical systems or willingness to learn
• Experience with trenching, conduit laying, or concrete work is a plus
