This position will begin as a part-time role (3 days per week, in-office at our Doylestown location), with the opportunity to expand into a full-time position based on performance and department growth.

Our team is energetic, collaborative, and passionate about design. We pride ourselves on pushing boundaries to create thoughtful, tailored interiors while enjoying the process and maintaining a fun, supportive studio culture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and produce comprehensive technical drawings in AutoCAD, with a strong emphasis on cabinetry, millwork, and interior detailing.
  • Collaborate with the design team on space planning, material palettes, and overall design development.
  • Assist with the design and specification of custom furniture and coordinate with fabricators and vendors.
  • Prepare client presentations, renderings, and project documentation.
  • Support coordination with contractors, consultants, and vendors through all phases of design and construction.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Interior Design from an accredited program.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in residential and/or commercial interiors.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for interior technical drawings is essential.
  • Experience with Revit and 3D modeling software preferred.
  • Familiarity with custom furniture specification a plus.
  • Strong organizational, technical, and communication skills.
  • Actively pursuing NCIDQ certification.
  • A motivated designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, in-office environment.

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to contribute to high-end, custom design projects in both residential and boutique commercial settings.
  • A part-time schedule (3 days per week) in our Doylestown studio, with the potential for growth into a larger role.
  • A creative, energetic team culture that values design innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • A chance to grow with a rapidly expanding interiors group dedicated to excellence in design.
