Landscape Construction Project Manager

Company: IID (Industry Leader in Landscape Construction)

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Project Manager to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex outdoor construction projects from conception to completion while working with a dynamic team committed to exceeding client expectations.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $80,000 - $150,000+ (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Coordination

• Review and verify accuracy of all project documentation, purchase orders, and invoices
• Schedule and coordinate all project phases including pre-walks, start dates, deliveries, sealing, maintenance, and repairs
• Oversee installations from start to finish, ensuring compliance with building codes and company standards
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful completion

Team Leadership & Communication

• Maintain daily communication with project foremen, team members, and clients
• Conduct training sessions and mentor crew members to maintain excellence standards
• Collaborate with design consultants to resolve construction challenges
• Recruit and develop talented crew members

Business Development

• Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, developers, and landscape architects
• Identify opportunities for referrals and repeat business
• Contribute to company growth through proactive client relationship management

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 3-5 years of construction project management experience
• Background in home improvement or construction industry
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• Experience with Slack or similar communication platforms
• Strong organizational and time management abilities

Core Competencies

• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Customer service orientation with ability to manage client relationships
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish and English)
• Specific experience in landscape design, pavers, outdoor kitchens, pergolas, walls, fire pits, and synthetic turf installation
• Established network within the construction or landscape industry
• Experience with crew training and development

Work Environment

This position requires both office-based coordination and regular job site visits. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and proactive communication are essential for success.
