Hours:

• 8-hour shift M-F 7-3

Primary Duties:

• Ensure employees are working safely in a nice, clean and organized area
• Train and coach fellow employees
• Maintain and communicate production reports for your department
• Set up dockets, plate jackets and plate order needed for press
• Work effectively with all plant departments in a team environment to develop multi-functional solutions
• Update cylinder inventory for all presses – gears included
• Delegate mounting jobs to each mounter by priority need
• Ensure your team has all required equipment to complete their jobs in a timely manner.
