The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing real-time support to our customers through live chat, resolving their queries and issues efficiently. Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide support and assistance
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or department

• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the customer experience
Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
