Responsibilities - Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with meal preparation and cooking according to dietary needs and restrictions
- Help with light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and organizing the client's living space
- Monitor and record vital signs, medication reminders, and medical documentation as required
- Assist clients with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals
- Provide errands or transportation as needed
Requirements: Skills: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with clients
- Ability to adapt to the specific needs of each client, including those with special needs or medical conditions
Requirements: - HHA Certificate or CNA license (preferred)
- One year of home care experience (required)
- Driver's License (required)
- Personal vehicle (required)
- CPR (required)
- Ability to speak, read and write in English (required)
