Our South Shore retail client is looking for a Marketing Manager for an immediate contract to hire role; this position is onsite in their Quincy office Monday-Friday. Ideally looking for previous fashion or retail experience.
Summary
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the planning, development, and execution of comprehensive marketing
strategies designed to enhance brand awareness, attract new and existing customers, and boost sales. You'll partner closely
with internal teams and external partners to identify go-to-market strategies and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic marketing plans by outlining goals, tactics, budget requirements and recapping
and analyzing results.
- Work closely with external vendors and agencies
- Utilize data to develop customer acquisition and retention strategies and
campaigns, to drive new and repeat sales of individual and B2B customers.
- Oversee the creation and execution of omni-channel marketing campaigns across various
channels, including digital (email, paid search, social media), print, direct mail, etc.
-Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum
impact.
- Drive creative brand-building initiatives to maintain and enhance the company brand
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and vendors to enhance and highlight in-store product
categories, featured brands, seasonal launches, etc.
- Define, track, and report on key performance target goals to measure the success of marketing
efforts.
Ideally looking for:
- 5+ experience as a Marketing Manager in the retail industry or a related field.
- Experience in Microsoft Suite, a variety of email service providers, social media platforms. Solid understanding and experience in using modern
digital marketing technologies.
- Data-driven decision-making and analytics expertise.
- Exceptional project management and multitasking abilities.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Interested in exploring new marketing-terrain and driving change.
- Able to present your ideas, projects, and results in front of the management team.
- Taking creative approaches to problem solving
- Detail oriented, very organized and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Able to work with a sense of urgency and meet deadlines while remaining flexible.
- Ability to work and thrive within a team environment. Communicate in a clear and friendly manner both internally
and externally.
