?? Marketing Representative (in home sales) – Community Outreach & Engagement
Territory: Redmond North to Marysville
Compensation:
Base Salary: $40,000/year
Uncapped Commission: Top performers can earn 6 figures.
First-Year Expectation: 75K+
Bonuses: $2,500 for exceeding month 1 and 2 sales goals

We’re looking for energetic, self-motivated Field Sales Representatives who are passionate about connecting with people and making a difference in their communities. This is a face-to-face, field-based role where you’ll engage directly with residents, introduce them to valuable services, and help them find solutions that fit their needs. ??? What You’ll Do
Conduct door-to-door outreach in your assigned territory (60–80 homes/day)
Build rapport with residents and explain service offerings clearly and confidently
Manage leads, follow-ups, and data entry
Start your day with office prep, then hit the field in the afternoon and evening
Enjoy midday flexibility as long as performance remains strong

6 months to 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or military
A confident, outgoing personality and strong communication skills
Comfort with cold outreach and performance-based roles
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance (mileage reimbursed)
Business casual appearance (branded gear provided)
