Job Description
This role is responsible for ensuring optimal production performance, safety, maintaining, troubleshooting, and setting up production equipment including automated systems, package line, and conveyors.
2nd Shift: 3:30 pm to Midnight.
We are seeking a skilled Mechanic with a minimum of three years experienced in the following:
· Inspection and diagnosis of mechanical devices.
· Disassemble and reassemble production lines and equipment as needed.
· Repair or replace worn or defective parts.
· Perform routine lubrication and cleaning of mechanical components.
· Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot production equipment.
· Safely operate hand tools, pneumatic, and electric tools.
· Complete machine changeovers for new production orders.
· Ensure compliance with company safety procedures, policies, and standards.
· Support continuous improvement and communicate equipment needs to leadership.
· Operation of forklifts and pallet jacks.
· Must have normal color vision for identificatioin of electrical wires
· LOTO, GMPs, SOPs.
EDUCATION: HS Diploma or equivalent and Technical Certifications in mechanical, electrical.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Lifting 50 pounds, reaching, climbing, kneeling.
