Bishop & Company is recruiting for a  NetOps Specialist Senior  for a long-term opportunity with a government contractor at Kaneohe Marine Corp Base. Qualified candidates must have a  IAT Level III, an Active Secret Clearance, and experience working with SD-WAN. 

• Monitor network infrastructure and respond to alerts and events.
• Manage incident resolution and handle escalations as needed.
• Coordinate repairs and direct remote teams to maintain service continuity.
• Review documentation to identify and address performance issues.
• Support data center operations as required.
• Document daily activities and use reporting/ticketing tools to track outstanding issues.
• Notify government representatives about incidents when necessary.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years working in network operations, including experience with Wide Area Networks (WAN)
• Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level III certification
• Certifications: You must have at least two of the following:
  • CISCO Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Routing and Switching
  • CISCO Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
  • Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS)
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)

Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The hourly range for this position is typically $50-52 /hour. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
