Ocean Export Coordinator Job Details:
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8AM-5PM
Pay Rate: up to $18/hr, paid weekly!

Ocean Export Coordinator Job Description:

• Documentation Management: Prepare and maintain accurate export and import documentation in compliance with international regulations.
• Shipping Oversight: Coordinate and monitor the entire export process, including scheduling shipments and tracking deliveries.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving inquiries promptly.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse teams, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed on international trade laws, tariffs, and customs requirements to avoid delays and penalties.

Ocean Export Coordinator Job Requirements:

• Proven background in international freight export and import operations.
• Proficiency in computer systems and logistics software; strong attention to detail.
• Ability to troubleshoot shipping issues and provide quick, effective solutions.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
