THE ROLE

We are seeking a Consulting Principal (Associate Director level) to deliver within Cognizant's Five Pillars of Consulting Excellence: 1) Project Execution, 2) Expertise, 3) Business Development, 4) Practice Development, and 5) People Development. This role involves partnering with clients, project stakeholders, and colleagues. The specific focus is on our Post-Merger Integration Advisory practice, which helps Fortune 2000 companies align IT with business objectives during M&A activities. Our team supports projects that are highly visible and impactful, focusing on Integration Management, IT Assessments, Production Synergies, IT Operating Models, Portfolio Rationalization, Cost Strategies, and business process optimization. You'll play a key role in helping CEOs, CIOs, and CTOs solve strategic problems, using trusted methodologies and cutting-edge technology to create effective roadmaps and future state operating models.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage change management activities for SAP implementation projects. Lead end-to-end programs including SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC projects. Develop and execute change management plans covering communication, stakeholder management, workforce transition, training, and readiness. Conduct impact analyses and readiness assessments, identify stakeholders, and ensure successful adoption of SAP solutions. Lead change management activities across ERP implementations, applying structured methodologies and tools. Identify change risks and resistance points; develop mitigation plans. Create measurement systems to track adoption and proficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate change management with project plans. Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders. Act as a coach and mentor for project teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

12+ years of experience leading change management and training initiatives, including change/strategy, stakeholder engagement, impacts, and communication. Engaging training development and delivery skills. Experience managing SAP Enable Now or WalkMe on S/4HANA. Proven track record leading full-scale OCM initiatives on SAP projects. Client-facing experience, with at least 2 years leading a digital technology team. Ability to work with stakeholders, technology partners (e.g., Amazon), and develop consulting opportunities. Contributions to practice initiatives, research, knowledge repositories, and solutioning approaches. Strong personal leadership and a desire to foster an exceptional outcomes culture. Salary & Benefits The annual salary ranges from $122,400 - $194,000 , depending on experience and qualifications. The role is eligible for discretionary incentives and stock awards based on performance.
