Seeking individuals ready to start a new career! If you are interested in getting into the medical field this is a great entry level position. Essentia will pay for your training to receive your Certified Nursing Assistant certification. Once you pass your test, you will be promoted to a CNA, including a raise and a schedule.The Nursing Assistant - Student program offers a NO COST training to individuals interested in pursuing a career as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Essentia Health.The program covers the full cost of education and the certification exam to become a CNA. EARN INCOME while training - providing indirect care to patients.Here's what the training will consist of:~Responsible to assist the licensed professionals and direct care staff with personal cares per individualized care plans to maintain the personal comfort of the resident as assigned~Help maintain a clean, safe and organized environment for the residents. ~Assist with basic personal cares, including assistance in with meal setup and water pass~Provides activity and exercise for the residents as assigned~Assists residents in dealing with psychosocial needs~Responsible for observing and reporting any changes in a resident’s condition to the supervisor~Completes all required documentation in a complete and timely manner~May assist with entrance screening and other duties as assigned.
