Pallet Repair Technician Assists our customers with damaged pallets, returning them to service‑ready condition before consolidating and shipping back to the customer. Success is vital to the overall customer relationship. Hourly Pay $20.00/hr Shift(s) 3rd Shift Saturday - Monday 6:00am - 6:00pm Location Logan, NJ 08085 Accurately complete production paperwork to track progress Use appropriate tools and methods to return damaged pallets to service‑ready condition Communicate directly with Shift Lead or On‑Site Manager regularly Examine products after repairing to verify conformance to quality standards Maintain a clean and safe working environment Work without constant supervision to achieve production quotas safely Hand stack pallets to appropriate heights Load and unload materials from trailers by hand Move pallets, or materials on pallets or in crates, to the appropriate staging area Check loads to ensure they are secure Coordinate trailer moves within the yard management system Safely operate air‑driven, electric, and manual woodworking tools High school degree or GED required Excellent oral and written communication skills required Ability to work overtime when needed Benefits include Competitive Pay, Holiday Pay, Referral Bonuses, Long‑Term Career Advancement, Paid Time Off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life, AD&D, and Short‑Term & Long‑Term Disability insurance for Eligible Full‑Time Employees, 401(k) Retirement Plan.
