Pallet Repairer Ryder Supply Chain Solutions – Fort Worth, Texas. Position Description: Ryder is hiring permanent full‑time skilled laborers and construction professionals at their manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, Texas. The role is in warehouse, manufacturing, and construction operations. Pay is weekly. Hourly Pay: $17.00 per hour. Schedule: 3rd shift, Friday–Sunday 4:30 am–3:00 pm and Monday 4:30 pm–3:30 am. Shift involves standing for 8‑10 hours and lifting up to 75 lbs throughout the shift. Roles and Responsibilities Use a pneumatic nail gun, powered saw, and other powered/hand tools to repair or assemble pallets. Place pallets on repair table, remove defective boards, replace with new boards, and secure them into place. Stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs during the shift. Maintain a clean and orderly work area. Follow safety and company standards, including wearing safety equipment. Perform other duties as needed. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). 0–1 year of carpentry or construction background (preferred). Basic math skills. Ability to operate power tools safely. Must be able to follow repair processes. Ability to twist, stoop, squat, reach, and crouch frequently. Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
