About Us:

• Colorado Springs Therapy Center has three outpatient clinics that offer speech, occupational, and physical therapy services to children and adults in caring environments centered on patients and families. CSTC has been providing excellent care in the Colorado Springs area since 2006 and has been selected as one of the Gazette's Best Workplaces for the last five+ years. We currently have an opening for a part-time patient care coordinator to join our amazing team! This position will be based at our South Office on Janitell Rd., but may also require floating to our North and East locations as needed for coverage. Expected hours are Mondays 7:30-2:00 and Tuesday through Thursday 12:00-6:30.

Responsibilities:

• Duties include greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling therapy visits, collecting copays, and completing additional administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Applicants must have exceptional customer service skills and be able to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting.

Bonus Points:

• Prior experience in a healthcare setting or scheduling role is preferred. Additional compensation is available for applicants fluent in both Spanish and English.
