Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Polyglot Software Developer to join our growing team. As a Polyglot Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using multiple programming languages. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on exciting projects, leverage various technologies, and contribute to the success of our diverse client portfolio.

The work is performed in a creative, collaborative environment, with fun and engaging customers. The requirements are diverse and often deployed in various enterprise cloud environments such as AWS, OCI, GCP, or Azure. 

The work location is hybrid (Arisant office in the Denver, CO, Tech Center).

Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and maintain software applications using a variety of programming languages, such as Java, Python, Node.js, JavaScript, Go, C, C++, .NET, SQL and others.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to the development of technical solutions.

· Explore and evaluate emerging technologies and programming languages to enhance the capabilities of our software solutions.

· Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing software applications to improve performance, security and functionality.

· Implement best practices for software development, including version control, automated testing, and continuous integration.

· Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

· Proven experience (8+ years) in software development with expertise in multiple programming languages and version control such as Git.

· Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.

· Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

· Familiarity with cloud platforms (Oracle OCI, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and serverless architectures

· Experience with Identity (SSO, provisioning, access management)

· Experience with message-based frameworks such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ

· Experience with a modern Node ecosystem, including front-end frameworks and tooling such as ReactJS, Vue.js

· Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards addressing challenges.

· Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and programming languages.

· Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $165,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
