Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and observant Seasonal Pool Monitor to help ensure the safety, cleanliness, and enjoyment of our community pool facilities. This role is vital in maintaining a positive experience for all residents and guests by enforcing pool rules, keeping the area clean, and responding to concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date daily pool logs.

• Monitor the pool area to ensure all individuals have a valid community pass and are adhering to posted safety rules and regulations.

• Open and close pool umbrellas as needed and ensure the pool area remains safe, clean, and presentable throughout the day.

• Maintain cleanliness of the pool, pool deck/splash zone, and restrooms using appropriate equipment (e.g., nets). Straighten pool furniture regularly.

• Identify and report unusual or extraordinary circumstances involving the pool or its users.

• Provide friendly, professional, and timely responses to resident and guest inquiries or concerns.

Qualifications:

• Must be over the age of 16.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce rules calmly and respectfully.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

• Reliable and punctual with good communication skills.

• Previous customer service or facilities experience is a plus.
