Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Digital & Offset Press Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for operating, maintaining, and repairing single-color and full-color printing presses, both offset and digital, as well as bindery equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, knowledge of prepress processes including computer-to-plate (CTP) operations, and a commitment to producing high-quality printed materials.

Skills and Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and repair offset and digital printing presses

• Run and maintain bindery equipment such as cutters, folders, and finishers

• Perform computer-to-plate (CTP) operations and prepress setup

• Monitor print quality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accuracy throughout production

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines

Experience & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience operating offset and/or digital printing presses

• Knowledge of bindery equipment and processes

• Familiarity with computer-to-plate (CTP) operations

• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
