You will play a vital role in maintaining compliance with food safety regulations and contributing to a positive customer experience./ppScheduled hours for this 1st shift position are 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday. The pay rate starts from $18.50 - $20.00/hr./ppOvertime may be required and can be scheduled before and/or after regular weekday shifts, as well as on weekends. Overtime may be voluntary or mandatory, depending on business needs./ph3Job Responsibilities/h3pThis job posting is for multiple positions, each with its own specific responsibilities. However, candidates with the following skills and qualifications will be well-suited for success in a food production role with us:/pulliOperate and oversee complex production machinery, including mixers, fillers, sealers, and packaging systems./liliConfigure and optimize machine settings for varied production runs, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards./liliMentor and train junior operators on machinery operation and best practices./liliMonitor the production lines performance, making real-time adjustments to improve efficiency and product quality./liliAnalyze production data and identify trends to proactively address potential issues and optimize processes./liliEnsure that all production activities are executed in accordance with the established procedures and company policies./liliPerform routine maintenance on equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and troubleshooting minor issues./liliComply with and advocate stringent quality control procedures to ensure product consistency and safety./liliConduct in-depth inspections and audits of products and processes, taking corrective actions as needed./liliEnsure compliance with all food safety regulations, industry standards, and internal quality benchmarks./liliComplete and maintain accurate records of documented inspections, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards./liliEnsure rigorous adherence to all safety protocols and procedures, and support safety initiatives on the production floor./liliConduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions to address potential hazards./liliContribute to initiatives to enhance production processes, reduce waste, and increase operational efficiency./li/ulpPerform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or production manager to support the team and ensure efficient operations./ph3Skills, Knowledge Abilities/h3ulliMechanical aptitude and expertise in troubleshooting equipment./liliProblem-solving and decision-making abilities./liliAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail./liliKnowledge of food safety practices/regulations and sanitation standards./liliStrong communication skills to collaborate with team members./liliAbility to follow instructions and adhere to food production processes./liliAbility to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team./li/ulh3Education Experience/h3ullistrongEducation:/strong High school diploma or equivalent preferred./lilistrongExperience:/strong Previous experience in a food processing or production environment is preferred but not required. Experience in a kitchen, food service, or manufacturing environment is a plus. Experience with food preparation or handling is beneficial.
