This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the insurance field while receiving comprehensive training and mentorship from experienced professionals. Selected candidate must be fluent in English and have a proficient understanding of Mandarin.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Assist clients with their insurance needs by providing information about products and services.
• Support the agency in daily operations, including processing claims and managing customer inquiries.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of insurance policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and improve customer service.

Qualifications

• Recent college graduate (Bachelors degree preferred).
• Must be fluent in English; understanding of spoken Mandarin is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to learn.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Bilingual (Mandarin/English)
