Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary : $130,000 – $140,000 per year
Commission : 8% on profits w/ $5M annual sales goal (profits average 21%)
Car Allowance : $800/month
Phone Allowance : $40/month
Vacation : Two weeks paid vacation to start

Position Overview
As a Regional Account Sales Manager , you will lead sales efforts in Texas. This remote role is about growing customer relationships, hunting new opportunities, and driving revenue in a territory that is already buzzing with renewable energy activity. You’ll represent a respected, high-growth brand, while directly contributing to the clean energy economy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to grow revenue in Texas.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, OEMs, contractors, and renewable developers
Represent and sell a broad portfolio of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, high/medium-voltage products, solar inverter, and racking tailored for the solar energy industry.
Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure clients receive best-in-class support.
Stay on top of renewable industry trends, competitive activity, and opportunities to position the company strategically.
Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of outside sales experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, high/medium-voltage products, solar inverter, or racking.
Prior sales experience in the solar or renewable energy sector is highly preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable transportation.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365; CRM/ERP experience a plus.
Willingness to travel extensively (up to 15 days per month).
Must be US Citizen or GC holder, no H-1B or C2C applicants at this time.
