Job Description

Hybrid- Atlanta. Reports to Director, Corporate Security.

Job Purpose:

This positoin will manage loss prevention strategies and activities for regions, offices and facilities to ensure physical protection of company assets, customers and employees are achieved.

Job Responsibilities:

Analyze operational security processes, Conduct security risk assessments, Lead security-related investigations, Manage contracted security services, Measure safety program performance indicators, Provide strategic direction, including continued improvement and delivery, of programs including, but not limited to facility risk assessment and protection, access control, CCTV, corporate identification, workplace violence, aggressive intruder, executive/employee at risk protection, kidnap and ransom, and emergency response

Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Assist in leading the design and execution of crisis management and emergency response plans
• Manage response to natural disasters, workplace violence and other security-related crises.
• Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees to promote a secure working environment.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance and functionality of physical security systems, such as surveillance cameras, access control and alarm systems

Work Experience:

Experience enables job holder to deal with the majority of situations and to advise others (Over 3 years to 6 years) Experience of planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives as specified by more senior managers (Over 3 years to 6 years)

Education:

● Bachelor's Degree
